Information, help & support
for those who need it.

The NF Association of Ireland are delighted to announce details of an upcoming cycle fundraiser. Bush Cycling Club are cycling from Mizen to Malin Head in aid of our organisation, hoping to raise vital funds for the organisation.

Mizen Head is based in Co. Cork, while Malin Head is located in Co. Donegal, a journey spanning 700km and the full length of the island of Ireland, top to bottom. Bush Cycling Club have a close relationship with The NF Association and neurofibratosis, with two members of the club having family members who suffer with the condition.

The cycle itself is a historic fundraiser for The NF Association, with ex-CEO Paddy Griffin having previously held such a cycle from Mizen to Malin Head, which raised funds toward the printing of neurofibromatosis information literature, provided to the newly diagnosed and family of the diagnosed.

Bush Cycling Club have organised a Gala Evening on July 7th at Lawlor’s Hotel in Naas, Co. Kildare from 7PM in aid of the cycle itself and the whole fundraiser for the NF Association of Ireland as a whole. The night will include an ‘incredible local band’, and spot prizes generously donated by local businesses. Tickets are €20 and are available on the door at the night.

Furthermore, Bush Cycling Club have set up a Go Fund Me page for the fundraiser in which donors can donate directly online, with over €3,000 donations already made. You can add to that total by clicking the link here and donating. Remember, any sum, no matter how small, makes a difference.
